From the moment you walk into the house, the whole place is designed to make you feel like a ghost, the theme says.
The house itself is decorated with colourful lights, elaborate costumes, and even a creepy-crawly-bear-themed staircase.
The party is held outdoors in a wooded area, where guests can take pictures and talk to each other.
As part of Halloween season, this house in Calgary is hosting a date party for guests.
The place looks like a haunted house, but you’re supposed to meet someone in the room who has been ghosted by a Halloween ghost.
(Photo: CBC Calgary)It’s a creepy, eerie atmosphere that can’t help but draw in a little bit of your own.
“If you’re coming to a date or any sort of event, whether it’s a wedding, a baby shower, or a big social event, there’s going to be a lot of people in the house,” said Kristin Fuchs, a wedding planner and the creative director of Fuchs Design, which creates Halloween themed parties for couples.
Fuchs said she started putting together Halloween themed events for couples years ago.
The house has even gotten Halloween decorations in, and it’s been the venue for Halloween parties before.
For some of the most recent Halloween party, the house has made some alterations to the house itself.
The decorations are now more whimsical, including a giant pumpkin and a ghost-filled staircase.
(Photos: Kristin Farrell/CBC Calgary)”We’ve changed the colour of the house to get the Halloween vibe and the Halloween theme more,” she said.
With a little help from the neighbourhood, Fuchs has even created Halloween themed Halloween parties for weddings, baby showers, and big social events.
I would love to say that it’s just a Halloween party.
It’s got ghosts, it’s got creepy crawlies.” “
The house is actually haunted by a lot.
It’s got ghosts, it’s got creepy crawlies.”
Fishers is one of the people who helped put together the party.
She said it started when she was a child and it has always been a family tradition.
“I think that’s where it’s coming from, really,” she told CBC Calgary.
It’s not uncommon for families to get together for Halloween events.
Fuchs told CBC that she usually only hosts a party once a year, and usually the family is able to spend time together.
A Halloween party is not necessarily scary to the public, Fuch said.
It can be fun, but not scary.
“It’s like, you’re still not really scared of ghosts,” she explained.
“You’re still just feeling your own emotions and being a little scared, which is normal.”
Halloween party invitations are also a bit different than a traditional birthday party, Fuhrs said.
You have to write a guest list, but that’s usually done at the end of the party, instead of in a formal way.
Another option is to get invitations online, where you can choose to include people from your social network, or people who have been friends with you for a long time.
“That’s a little more flexible,” she added.
But that’s not always a good option, Fuzes said.
There’s always the fear that you’ll miss out on someone if they don’t have a birthday party invitation.
“If they don.
But you can’t,” she advised.
This house is hosting Halloween party invites for its guests.
Although Halloween is traditionally the time for the most scares, Fuss said it’s also a time for everyone to take part.
“People are just coming out of work and there’s no real work on Halloween,” she pointed out.
“So there’s an open space for all kinds of people to come together.”
The family that owns the house will be holding another Halloween party later this month.
It’ll be held at the house in the town of St. John’s, about an hour away.
